Please read before submitting your purchase order.
We accept purchase orders from Government Agencies and Companies only. Orders for individual orders can be placed through the website or by calling at 1-866-218-5883. Any Agency or company orders under $500.00 must be placed by calling us and must be paid for by credit card or by paypal before the order is shipped. Government Agencies please contact us for orders under $500.00
Purchase order requests must be presented on official letterhead or on an official purchase order from your agency or company. The purchase order must include a contact name(s) and phone number(s). Orders will only ship after all information is verified and approved by us.
For Companies with accounts with us. Purchase orders are eligible for Net-30 credit terms billed upon shipment of products. Payment is due in full, 30 days after shipment date. However orders under $500.00 and first orders with our company must be paid by credit card, paypal or a cheque sent to us before the order will ship. All Purchase Order sales are considered final! Under this condition, merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE except if the merchandise is defective upon immediate receipt. If this happens please contact us immediately upon receipt to make arrangements for return. Please don't return any items without contacting us first for instructions on returns and an RMA number. Any items returned without an RMA number or notifying us prior to sending them back to us will be refused and additional shipping charges will result.
Purchase orders will not be processed until the buyer's previous purchase order has been paid for in full.
When submitting your order, be sure to include:
- Contact Name(s)
- Phone Number(s)
- Ship To Name and Address
- Bill To Name and Address
- Desired Items and Quantities
- All necessary details for items such as Sizes, Color, model numbers., tax exemptions etc
- Signature
