Smith & Wesson Model 100-1 Handcuffs

Smith & Wesson Model 100-1 Handcuffs and 100-1B handcuff is the blued (black oxide) version are constructed of nickel plated carbon steel. Carbon steel provides strength and nickel plating creates a corrosion resistant surface. The satin nickel finish is not shiny and makes the handcuffs appear cloudy. They do this to ensure the handcuffs are both non-reflective and easy to grip.

These handcuffs use the slot lock double locking mechanism, to double lock these handcuffs insert the double lock pin on your handcuff key into the double lock slot and pull down towards the keyhole. Double locking handcuffs makes them harder to shim, it also prevents the handcuffs from being further tightened. When double locked, handcuffs cannot be tightened or picked. Smith and Wesson M&P 100 Series - Lever Lock - PATENTED M&P LEVER LOCK

All Smith & Wesson Handcuffs are proudly made in U.S.A. Insert the small peg on the top of the key into the double lock slot. In this position, the small peg can contact the end of the lock spring. Slide the key toward the key hole.
This causes the lock spring to move into a position that locks the bolt thus preventing the cuff from being further tightened. Using the small peg on the top of the key, fully depress the push pin. This will lock the bolt as described

With the tip of your finger, fully lift the lever and then allow it to return.
