Boot Returns & Exchanges
We cover the cost of shipping from our profit on each pair of boots sold. Because of this, we need to recover those costs if a pair is returned.
Returns for Refund: If you return your boots for a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost we paid to send them to you and apply a 20% restocking fee to cover handling and processing.
Exchanges: If you request an exchange, you are responsible for all shipping charges. This includes the cost to return the boots to us and the cost to ship the replacement pair. Please double-check your size and product selection before ordering to help avoid additional fees.

We’re happy to include shipping costs in the price of your boots when they are: purchased directly through our website, paid for upfront, and shipped using the free shipping option at checkout.
